Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 bunch carrots 4 or 5, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 apple cut into 4 pieces (I used Honeycrisp)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 3 cubes ice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender. If the smoothie is too thick add more coconut water. If it's too thin add another cube of ice or another carrot.
