Flavorfully sweet protein shake that preferences simply like cake player... have it both ways! Without all the blame!
It's a given that at whatever point I make treats or cake, or any heated useful so far as that is concerned, there is spoon and bowl licking included. More often than not it is before any of it even makes it out of the bowl onto the treat sheet or into the cake dish. No doubt, I have no poise.
In any case, as a wellness mentor and with an end goal to remain solid, I've chosen to make a cake hitter protein shake. So as opposed to licking the bowl clean of player, I'll simply prepare one of these children.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla pudding mix sugar free, fat free
- 1 tsp butter extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until smooth.
- If smoothie is too thick or thin, add more ice or almond milk according to taste and blend until desired consistency is reached.
