INGREDIENTS
- 2 avocadoes (1 cup)
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor Add 1/2 cup cashew milk and puree. Add more cashew milk as needed, until the mixture purees smoothly and completely.
- Pour into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze 2-4 hours.
