I love creating a stir-fry as a result of it’s the right thanks to assign leftover vegetables. generally i prefer to modify up my normal soy seasoning with one thing a touch spicier. And since I’m a peanut fanatic, this super simple spicy peanut sauce formula is ideal.

- Makes ~1/2 cup sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (or tamari if you’re gluten free)
- 1/2 tsp red curry chili paste
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
- Add more crushed red pepper if you like it spicy!
- You can use this on rice noodles, stir fry, salads, or spring rolls!.
