VERY MERRY ORNAMENTINI (CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT COCKTAIL) #drinks #partydrink

To start with, we should discuss the real mixed drink. I picked to make a minor departure from an exemplary cosmopolitan. With vodka as the base, I included cranberry juice, cherry juice, orange alcohol, and a sprinkle of naturally pressed squeezed orange.

My proposal is to serve the mixed drink in the adornment and welcome every visitor to pour the mixed drink over the cranberries into a glass. Or then again in case you're facilitating a supper gathering, you can show it and pour it for your visitors.

These martinis do take somewhat longer to get ready, yet they can be made ahead of time. Stir up the mixed drinks a few hours before your gathering (or the morning of) and divide them into the adornments. Pop them in the fridge and haul them out when it's spending time in jail. That path there's straightforward during the genuine get-together.

Here's what you will need:

  • 1 cup vodka (I prefer Tito's.)
  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur (I prefer Cointreau.)
  • 1/2 cup cherry juice*
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice*
  • 1/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed with pulp removed
  • Sugared cranberries and fresh rosemary sprigs to garnish

*Use 100% juice. I found mine in the juice aisle at Walmart. It should be readily available.

How To Make :

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
  2. Using a funnel, pour the mixture into four 3-inch clear glass ornaments that have been rinsed. Replace the topper on each ornament.
  3. Add sugared cranberries and a rosemary sprig to four martini glasses. Set the ornament in the glass to serve. Before drinking, slowly pour the contents of the ornament onto the cranberries.
