Strawberry Cucumber Salad with Honey Balsamic Dressing #healthy #fruit

This 4 fixing serving of mixed greens is an all out work of art! It's effortlessness gives the strawberries and cucumbers a chance to sparkle. The main different fixings are balsamic vinegar and nectar. It is an amazing and solid side dish to bring for your Easter potluck!

This Strawberry Cucumber Salad is so natural to make, yet absolutely amazing. It's not possible for anyone to oppose crisp strawberries when they're in season! It's only 4 fixings: strawberries, cucumbers, nectar, and white balsamic vinegar. Carrian's formula calls for customary dim balsamic vinegar, however I thought it was prettier with white. Whichever way will taste tasty! I'm now conjuring up what I can sprinkle this stunning dressing over. It's SO great.

I understood after I made this that I ought to have cut the strawberries with the goal that the cuts were round, so they would coordinate the cucumbers. In any case, strawberries are pretty regardless of how you cut them, so don't stress over it to an extreme.

Ingredients

  •  2 pints strawberries, stemmed and sliced
  •  2 large cucumbers, roughly peeled and sliced thin
  •  1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  •  1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and cucumbers. Stem the strawberries and slice them. You can slice as thin or as thick as you want.
  2. Peel the cucumbers roughly (see photos). Slice thin with a knife or a mandolin.
  3. In a medium size bowl, layer the strawberries and cucumbers in a fan shape, one after the other. Keep going all the way around. I like the have the bottom tip of the strawberry slices poking out the top, because they are more red and thus prettier.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey. Drizzle over the salad and serve immediately.
  5. This salad can be prepared ahead of time, but don't dress it until right before serving.
  6. Store leftovers in an sealed tupperware. There will be quite a bit of liquid released if you have leftovers; I poured it on a green salad, and it was delicious!
