In case you're a 90s child like me, or even 80s, you most likely recollect those creamsicle Flintstone push pops, or the creamsicle popsicles with the frozen yogurt inside and orange outside. - 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1-2 scoops orange sherbet
- prosecco or champagne
- fresh mint and orange curls for garnish*
Instructions
- Place the scoops of vanilla ice cream and orange sherbet in a glass. You want something deep because they will foam up quite a bit! Top with desired amount of prosecco and garnish with a sprig of mint and an orange curl. Serve immediately!
