Paul went out with the young men in it on Saturday to at any rate attempt and scoop the walkway before our home. Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs Velveeta cubed
  • 1/2 cup real bacon pieces
  • 2 Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • Thousand Island Dressing
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a deep skillet, drain, and return to pan.
  2. Stir in dried minced onion and Worcestershire sauce and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add in cubed Velveeta and cook over medium low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in bacon pieces and tomatoes.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl and drizzle Thousand Island dressing over top. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
