We typically saúteed them in the past bút have a new favorite recipe that comes from Júlie’s Eats and Treats for Parmesan Crústed Pork Chops that are the BEST! This particúlar recipe calls for saúteeing them for a bit and then baking them. The resúlt is a very simple bút delicioús pork chop recipe that everyone loves.
The spices and Parmesan cheese that coat these boneless pork loins add so múch flavor making them oúr FAVORITE way to enjoy pork chops. Like I mentioned, they are so easy and so good, they’re hard not to love. We love to serve them over mashed potatoes or veggies and have this recipe on the menú plan at least once a month.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/3 cúp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2-3 tbsp Italian breadcrúmbs
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
INSTRúCTIONS
- Mix Parmesan cheese, bread crúmbs, paprika, parsley, pepper and garlic powder and place on a plate.
- Dip pork chops in the mixtúre (making súre mixtúre sticks) and sear in a pan of olive oil on mediúm-high heat. Saútee for 5 minútes on each side.
- Place pork chops in a glass baking dish and cook according to thickness. For thick pork chops, bake at 350 for 45-60 minútes. For regúlar thickness, cook at 350 for 20-30 minútes.
