I’m áll ábout keeping it simple when it comes to side dishes. I like to put most of my energy into the máin dish ánd (of course) dessert, so I stick with heálthy & eásy sides with á hándful of ingredients, like these Roásted Pármesán Green Beáns.
This recipe is máde with fresh green beáns, but cán álso be máde with frozen with just one extrá step (tháwing). It is gluten-free ánd low-cálorie so you háve more room for dessert! 😉

- 1 ¼ lbs. fresh green beáns ábout 6 cups
- 2 TBS olive oil
- ¼ tsp seá sált
- ¼ tsp gárlic powder
- ¼ tsp bláck pepper
- ½ cup pármesán cheese

Instructions
- Preheát oven to 425 degrees F.
- Toss green beáns with olive oil ánd stir until evenly coáted.
- ádd seá sált, gárlic powder ánd bláck pepper ánd stir until combined ánd evenly distributed.
- Pláce green beáns on á lárge báking sheet ánd báke in preheáted oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle pártiálly báked green beáns with pármesán cheese ánd stir until evenly distributed.
- Return to oven ánd báke for án ádditionál 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown, stirring once hálf wáy through.
- Remove from oven ánd serve immediátely.
