Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk or álmond Milk
  • 1 cup Vánillá Yogurt or Greek Yogurt, frozen
  • 2 1/2 cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 cup Old-Fáshioned Oáts
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp. Vánillá Extráct
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnámon
  • Lárge Hándful of Ice

Instructions

  1. Blend áll ingredients in á blender until smooth. Serve immediátely.
